Finding Heaven within
On being asked when they could expect to see heaven, Christ's answer was beautiful. That answer was that heaven was "within." If we allow that answer to shape us, our life can flow in a whole new way!
Struck by lightning
When asked where heaven could be found, Christ answered it would come like lightning. And it does arrive that way... Often in the most mundane, unanticipated parts of our lives we get "struck" by heaven that always was and always is right in front of us. The question is, do we have eyes yet to see it?
Now here this
God says, "Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?" (Isaiah 43: 18-19)
Sometimes we don't see those new things. We don't see what He is doing in our hearts. But we can! And what it difference it can make!
