A re-imagined world

Love that requires humility

As we look to Easter, maybe we can see it as a call to re-imagine the world in which we live and love. That re-imagining calls for a different sort a love, a love that requires humility and an uncommon willingness to practice long obedience in one direction. Lets saddle up for that journey!

Awareness of the gift

As we look to Easter, maybe we can see it as a call to re-imagine the world in which we live and love.

What was the gift Christ talked of with the 12 Disciples, His 12 closest followers? It was the gift of peace. "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid." (John 14:27)

A beautiful gift indeed! How do we get there?

Acceptance of the task

As we look to Easter, maybe we can see it as a call to re-imagine the world in which we live and love.

What is the task of re-imagining the world in alliance with God's impossibilities?

Acceptance of the "task" is hard. The "ask" is big ... that we be wiling to suffer in pursuit of a better world. Gulp!

Resurrection

As we look to Easter, maybe we can see it as a call to re-imagine the world in which we live and love.

Resurrection is all about a Reimagined World! The word "Resurrection" literally means "a return to life." That is the core of the Christian message ... that we can return to life, not "then and there" but "here and now" even.
